If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or Call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

GP Extended Hours

Extended access appointments will be available from 1st October 2022. These appointments will operate from 6.30pm to 8pm on Monday and Wednesday and will provide access to clinical care and treatment from pre-booked appointments only. Monday will be telephone appointments and Wednesday face to face appointments.

You can contact our reception team in the regular manner to book these appointments. Appointments will be with a mixture of clinicians including GP, First Contact Physio, Practice Nurse, Social Prescriber, who (with your consent) will have access to your full medical records.

There is also availability for blood tests on Saturdays at Derby Urgent Care Centre, Osmaston Road, Derby, DE1 2GD. Patients are required to bring their blood form with them to this appointment, these appointments are bookable through our reception team.

Training closures

We would like to advise that the Practice will be closed for Protected Learning Times between 1.30pm and 6.30pm on the dates below:
