If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your SystmOnline account
- phone us after 2:30pm and we will tell you what the results are
Questions about your results
If you want to talk to someone about your results, fill out our test results request form and someone will be in touch.
Please be aware that the surgery will action requests and forms within 48 hours (during working hours ONLY) any urgent requests should be telephoned through to reception.
Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
Blood tests
When we send you a blood form in the post, we will include a list of places where you can go to get the blood test done. If you are given a form by the doctor or nurse, please ask at the reception desk for a list of venues.
